How Tripoora credit is earned on completed trips and applied to your next booking.

Completed bookings earn loyalty credit in EUR. Credit is stored in a ledger on your account and can be redeemed against future bookings at checkout.

Step by step

Complete a trip
Credit is awarded automatically once a booking item is completed, and you get an email confirming the amount.

Check your balance
Account → Credits shows your balance, every earning and redemption, and any upcoming expiry.

Redeem at checkout
In the payment step, apply your credit to reduce the amount charged to your card. Any remainder stays on your balance.

Watch the expiry
Credit expires after its stated validity period. We email you before it lapses.

Is credit refundable?

Credit has no cash value and cannot be paid out, but redeemed credit is returned to your balance if a booking is refunded.
